We are looking for an individual(s) who are able to grow and adapt as the company does. Positions currently available at both of our locations in Collingwood.
Duties will include, but are not limited to

Organization - this person should be highly organized and able to prioritize various tasks based on importance and risk, and to manage time accordingly. Being able to effectively plan and organize their workload is very important.
Logical Reasoning: sound reasoning skills, being capable of considering all the facts, thinking them through intelligently to reach important on the spot decisions
Communication: communication skills are absolutely essential, being able to share information verbally and in writing is an integral part or the position. Speaking and Listening Skills demonstrate that the person can communicate complex information to a non- technical audience, speaking carefully and clearly so that they are easily understood.
Ability to work under pressure - Hand in hand with flexibility, this candidate should have a clear understanding that things change constantly and differ every day. Change can be stressful and can cause counter productivity so this candidate should be able to handle stress and timelines effectively.
Flexibility - this role is constantly evolving, so this candidate should be able to use this role as a guideline, but also use their creativity, knowledge and experience to make this role more efficient and effective, with the flexibility to understand and endure the constant changes within the company.
Positivity - maintain positive composure through a variety of circumstances; engage and support others, focused on working together as a team.
“Think Outside the Box” - developing innovative solutions and thinking creatively is important, looking at something from a different perspective. This person should be creative, innovative and not afraid to share new ideas. Ideally, we want someone who can look at their role, determine how to better it and go forth in doing so.
Managing Performance: the person should demonstrate how they can help the organization achieve its goals. how to maintain high standards and what to do when problems arise
Change Management: to drive change initiatives the person needs to be receptive to change occurring in the workplace, streamlining service, cutting budgets or improving performance
Planning and Organization: being able to effectively plan and organize the workload is very important. Planning is about coordinating your resources and budgets to meet deadlines or achieve targets
Creative Thinking: developing innovative solutions and thinking creatively is important, looking at something from a different perspective.
