I’m kind of disappointed because only 1 or 2 wicks stay lit. The first light they were all lit, I let it burn for hours so it melted evenly as recommended by Serendipity. I wanted this candle to be my go to, as I ordered this one for the next few Christmases as I wanted a clean burning candle.
I was going to order another jumbo candle for everyday but after my experience with this one, I am hesitant to shell out another $115 to be disappointed again. If there are suggestions to fix the issue in my end, I would appreciate it.

Jumbo Candle
This is called Jumbo for a reason. I love it. If I could afford it, that is all I would order. Not sure if they ever go on sale, would certainly stock up. You will love it.

Big candle, not custom
I was sent an email a week after order saying that the 2 scents I ordered in the large candle were not available and was sent a list of scents on the shelf that were available. So, I did not receive the 2 custom 5 wick candles that I ordered. The special was also “spend over $100 and receive a free 16oz candle”. I received an 8oz candle instead.
